Equally vital is to have a good space to do your aerobics workout. If you live in a cramped, one room place with clothing all over the floor, forget it. You can use some cardio videos with less space than you may think, but if you don't at least clear a little room to move around in, you will never reach any of your exercise goals, and that's a crying shame. The first step of your aerobic workout is truly setting a time, clearing out a space, and psyching your-self up. Don't expect immediate success from using your cardio videos. It is going to be hard work. But if you persevere, within a month you will observe major changes. Who knows this may be your call to a career in personal training.
